Refunds &
cancellations

Every tee sold on 7lakh.com, including the graphics in our shop and the designs you make in our design studio, is printed only after you order it, for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or give refunds for:

• change of mind, or no longer wanting the product;
• choosing the wrong size or colour (please check the size chart before you order);
• spelling mistakes, image quality or placement in a design you made or uploaded yourself.

You will get a full refund of the amount you paid if:

• we cancel your order (for example, if it cannot be printed or shipped);
• the product arrives damaged or defective;
• you receive the wrong product, size or colour, or a print that does not match your order;
• your order is lost in transit and is not delivered.

For a damaged, defective or wrong product, email us at 7lakhcustomer@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and the packaging. We may offer a free reprint instead, if you prefer.

Once a refund is approved, we start it within 2 working days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card or UPI) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. We email you when the refund has been started.

Your order goes to printing as soon as it is paid, so orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once placed.

If we have to cancel your order, we email you and refund the full amount within 5–7 working days.

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a wrong or damaged product, we reprint it or refund you as described above.
