Can I make my own tee?
Yes. Open the design studio, pick a tee colour, then add your own photos, text and stickers on the front, back or chest pocket. You see the live price as you design, and can buy it straight away.
Can I save a design and buy it later?
Yes. Saved designs appear under My designs in your dashboard, where you can edit, buy or share them.
Can I buy designs other people made?
Yes. Shoppers can share their designs, and you can buy them from Made by the crew.
Bulk & shipping
Do you offer bulk orders for colleges, events, or teams?
Yes. Email us at 7lakhcustomer@gmail.com with the design, quantity and sizes, and we will reply with pricing and timelines.
How fast will my order arrive?
Printing takes 2–4 business days, then delivery takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Full details are on the Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
Payments & returns
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by Razorpay, see Payment Information.
Can I exchange a tee?
No. Every tee is printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your tee arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we reprint it or refund you. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details.
