7lakh.com is run by Mithlesh Kumar (sole proprietor, trading as 7LAKH), Dhuruvatola, Post Kusumkasa, Chhattisgarh 491228, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use 7lakh.com, how we use it and who we share it with. By using the website you agree to this policy.

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form).
• Delivery details: name, phone number, email, address, city, state and PIN code you enter for shipping.
• Orders: the products, sizes and colours you buy, the amount paid and the order status.
• Your designs: designs you save in our design studio, including images you upload, and the name you choose to show if you share a design.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.
• Visit statistics: which pages you open and key actions (viewing a product, opening the design studio, saving a design, adding to cart, opening checkout), your device type (phone or desktop) and the website you came from. These are linked to an anonymous ID stored in your browser and, if you are signed in, to your account email.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. We only receive the payment status and a payment reference number.

• to create and manage your account;
• to print, pack and deliver your order, and to send order confirmation and status emails;
• to answer your questions and handle refunds;
• to understand how the store is used (for example, how many people open the design studio) and improve it;
• to prevent fraud and keep the website secure;
• to meet legal and tax requirements.

We share only what is needed for each job. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• Qikink (our print and fulfilment partner): your delivery details, order and print files, to print and ship your tee.
• Courier partners: name, phone and address, to deliver the parcel.
• Razorpay: order amount and your contact details, to process the payment.
• Cloudinary: to store the images of your designs.
• Government authorities: only when required by law.

If you choose to share a design with other shoppers, the design and the creator name you entered are shown publicly on the website.

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and hold the anonymous ID used for our own visit statistics. These statistics stay with us: we do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or ad trackers. See our Cookie Policy.

We keep your account and saved designs until you ask us to delete them. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 12 months. Order and payment records are kept as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

The website uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored encrypted, and access to customer data is limited. No method of sending data over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can view and edit your profile and addresses in your dashboard, and delete saved designs at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email 7lakhcustomer@gmail.com. We reply within 7 working days.

7lakh.com is not meant for children under 18. Please do not create an account if you are under 18.
